Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off Your Shipment
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off location and ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
